Found hard to find cushman parts that even my distributor says are not available at a decent price. Will be using them in the future.

Could not be more dissatisfied with the service I received. I ordered a key switch which showed as being in stock on July 3rd. On July 8th, following the July 4th weekend (they closed both the 4th and the 5th), I called because my order showed as still processing and I wanted to know when it would ship. The nice girl told me that the order was being entered at that moment and that it would probably go out the following day. On July 11th at 8:15 AM their time the order still showed as processing so I called again and got voice mail so left a message and also used the contact form to request an update. I got neither a return phone call or email reply from them so I called again on the 12th when the order still showed as processing. The man informed me that the part was ordered on the 9th from Cushman (it was not a Cushman part) and was being direct shipped from there. I replied that the part showed as being in stock and began to ask when I would receive it when he interrupted me and said. "I'm canceling your order and refunding your money." and then hung up on me before I could say anything else. TOTALLY RUDE AND UNCALLED FOR. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THEM IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.
