Havelock Manor

My step-dad was in 3 different facilities in the last 6 years and Havelock Manor was the last one and the best! They were the only facility that had staff around and they truly cared! There were no odors like in the other facilities and they were so good about checking on him. I felt like I could finally relax and know that he was being taken care of by people who loved him!! Best staff ever!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. It is clean, well taken care of, and has a staff of professionals who truly care about the people and families they serve. The building is clean, bright, and well-maintained. The grounds are well cared for. My mom has only been a resident for a few days and she already cant stop talking about how good the food is, how clean the facilities are, and how many fun things there are to do. Getting my mom here took a lot of work, and the assisting living facility administrator went above and beyond for us. When we would talk with her for updates and would thank her for her hard work, she would always say, Well, I would want someone to try if it were my mom. I think that really sums it up. The people in this facility treat residents and their families as if they were one of their own, and they take pride in the level of care they provide. I am so grateful for this place and the people who work here. I will always recommend them to anyone needing to find an assisted living facility.

Janine and the staff at Havelock Manor were so wonderful to my dad when he was there. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs care for a loved one! They are truly the best.

My husband was cared for at Havelock Manor for his last two months. I cannot say enough good about the care he received from the entire staff and the administrator, Janine Petracek. They did everything they possibly could to surround him with comfort and caring, as they did for us, his family. Thank you all - you go above and beyond for all of your residents.
