        Guy lectured me about buying a part to try and fix my appliance just to find out it was the correct part. Then they couldn't locate the part we really needed to fix the appliance but charged me 135 bucks for a lecture and left me with a broken range. could of put that money toward a new one. Living in the new world. Just isn't the Lincoln I grew up in. Found the part they couldn't find and called them back to get my service refunded and the guy accused me of cross referencing the part. The part is made by whirlpool and is clearly what I need. Very dishonest people. If you use them double check what they say and do. Another part of the deception in the reply. Nothing was said about parts being available. The tech just said it's your problem if they can't find the part.

      Thank you for the feedback Mark. I understand the frustration you are having and I want to explain the situation from Andy's Appliance Repair's perspective. Andy's Appliance Repair is a factory certified repair company and as such we can ONLY install parts that are sourced by our company (so we know they are factory authorized parts) and that are guaranteed from the manufacture. Sometimes this limits the repair on an appliance because the part from the manufacture is no longer available. When this is the case, we cannot install after market parts.
