Great location, good neighbors, and clean units. No complaints besides rent increases; which is inevitable. Love the fact that my apartment backs to trees, and has new windows. The kitchen is very small; but thats okay I cant cook!

Its okay. SPACIOUS AND CLEAN minus small kitchen. Its hard to cook in a small kitchen. They do allow pets. Neighbors in my building stay. Cons: I do wish I had washer and dryer hook ups. Rent increased randomly and by decent amounts.

Rent so high but couldnt keep rats and insects outside of the apartment

Moved in to these apartments July 2019 and so far its been a disaster. There is holes in the walls, mold, spots on the carpet, wall plug ins dont all work, nothing was clean and the water heater was leaking carbon monoxide (which we only discovered because we werent getting hot water and called someone to come look at it. Had to ask for a carbon monoxide detector.) The manager is next to impossible to get a hold of. Over all I would not recommend moving here and I am currently trying to find a way to break our lease without being charged a fee.
