I dont like the fact that using washing machine and dryer need coins. It should be free. Otherwise it should be available for credit cards.

Easiest move-in that I have had in awhile. Few damages that we wish were addressed prior to move-in, but nothing that is of top priority. Our property manager has been absolutely fantastic.

I love my apartment where I lived at Walter that's lives in our apartment take care of the tenants that's lives there. Karen is a great property manager with CIP she takes her of the tenants you can always count on these two people are good. We don't have any problem in our apartment because it's taking care.

the building has always been clean and maintenance requests are completed very quickly. Great place for the price

The apartment building is very well maintained and kept clean by an onsite manager. If the manager is not available for any reason, issues can be addressed by calling another representative who is available by phone. Maintenance issues are quickly resolved. I have found the building's management to be very pleasant and accommodating. The apartment itself is quite comfortable, safe, quiet, very affordable , has easy access to a washer and dryer, has its own parking lot, and is conveniently located near the restaurants, shops and other activities of downtown Lincoln. The apartment building is very suitable for families, single individuals, students, and individuals like myself who are in the process of relocating to Lincoln from another state. I have been pleased with my experience at this apartment complex, and therefore, give it my highest rating.
