        The property manger Matt is absolutely amazing. He goes over an beyond for his tenants even when its outside his job description. He is amazing an is a huge positive asset to this apartment building. If you could clone him for all the other properties, the company would benefit highly. He is awesome and the apartment complex stays cleaned up and everything gets fixed pretty fast compared to other places.

        My dad and I had no hot water this morning since 6am CST. I called the emergency maintenance number at 8am, and by 9am right when the Villa Tierra property office opens, a maintenance guy came and made sure our hot water was back up and running. He had informed it was a building-wide issue and is all fixed now. I am impressed with the amazing customer service and wonderful property management at the Villa Tierra Apartments. Thank you for the extremely timely service!
