Great place to live. Property manager and front office staff are always on the case right away when anything is needed. Highly recommend if looking for a place to live.

We are looking for apartments here in Lincoln and we were just curious and wanted to see an apartment. The lady we spoke with I believe the property manager was insanely rude. I cant believe the assumptions she made and the questions she asked. Im astonished and would never even consider being a resident here. I also think its crucial to have some sort of security in place and they dont offer anything to accommodate that.

The property manager, Jess, was always such a horror to deal with. Its daddy's property so its obvious she just feels entitled and couldnt care less about the residents living there. Maintenance would show up without prior notice and when we requested to be notified about maintenance coming, we were told that this is out of the normal, and that we require so much more communication than other tenants. We couldnt have a single conversation with Jess without her belittling us. In addition, my mother used to stay on property. When in the process of moving out, maintenance and the cleaning crew entered the apartment and began moving items, throwing things away and even broke a piece of furniture in the process, making it unusable. All prior to the end of the lease term or surrendering of the keys/apartment. Absolutely would not recommend.
