      image The assistant CEO and employees are hapless to say the least. They have been terrible about updating their class schedules in the past, and don't care how it affects you. They close the gym on a regular basis for just about any reason you can think of. I would of cancelled my membership long before now if there was another facility with the same amenities in town.

      We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. I did receive a cancelation form and have tried to reach out to you but no voicemail has been set up. We would love to talk to you about your concerns. We only close for major holidays and then usually 2 days in summer for deep cleaning and updating our facility. I don't believe you have previously reached out to us but please do. We would be more than happy to hear your concerns.
