If I could give them 10 stars I would! I have Jordan as my realtor and she has been the absolute best! She is so sweet and very knowledgeable! Jordan Colling and I shared a client (Jordan as their Realtor, me as their Lender). There were a series of potentially catastrophic deal-killers that nobody wants to see happen on their deal. I handled the math part, figuring out how the client could still close and close on time. The client was out of gas (figuratively) because of their bad luck and mishaps. Whatever help I needed, I could lean on Jordan. She helped me urge the client for their documents, cheer them up, and coordinate their closing. She helped me to communicate and coordinate with a contractor that we were holding escrow funds for the in-progress project.
