I am in absolute disgust over this daycare that the YMCA provides..primarily because of Bailey as she is the coordinator of the daycare! Its sad that the Y has someone like her to represent them as she is no where near professional!!!! Now moving on with the situation that went down! I go to pick up my daughter and she tells me right as soon as I get there that I owe $20 dollars due to (A):picking up my daughter a little after 6 as they close at 6. & (B):the other $10 was a charge fee from when they charged my card and it didnt go through! Well she decided to broadcast this out there for everyone to hear(100% unprofessional)! I said, hmmm, seems to be one thing after another here and continued checking my daughter out! We left and I thought to myself you know I didnt like her tone with me and her rude sarcasm and I had to ask a question anyways! So I called the daycare and spoke with Bailey. I asked, why am I being charged $20 when I was told strictly by one of the co-workers there that I had until this Friday to pay the $10 since I didnt have it Monday!! So they charged my card anyways and now I need to pay a total $45 before my child can go back to care. Which clearly I didnt have that today. So Bailey in a not so professional way with a snobby tone says well if you have read our paper you would have known why you have been charged!!!(WELL sorry Bailey I dont have the handbook engraved into head as I am a full-time working mother of 3). And then rudely states in a snobby tone again->so thats on you!!! Like who says that and where is your understanding and professionalism here!? I then stated that if she had anything more to say to me about money matters to take it to me in a more closed off area instead of announcing it all out loud for everyone to hear, which isnt anyones business(granted I am sharing it on here because I have to share my reasoning for giving my rating I gave this daycare or more so for the coordinator)!!! Anyways I mentioned to her that this is the EXACT reason why I pulled my daughter out of the after school care with them two years ago because she gave me the exact snooty and unfriendly attitude with very salty sarcasm then too!! We came back this time in hope things changed, but clearly Bailey is still the same!!!! I told her that she isnt a very friendly person at all and certainly isnt professional either, so she then tells me that she is gonna drop us from the contract of the after school care and thats when I chose to call her a B****!!! I mean its bad enough I had/have to pay $90 even when my child doesnt attend(example the whole week of spring break my daughter stayed home beings that her 16&18 yr old siblings were home to babysit her), but I still had to pay for that week($90)including days that she was sick! I just find that everything there is a huge rip off and find the coordinator to be very disrespectful and distasteful!!!!! Soooo no, I DONT recommend this childcare!!! Who needs people like that when dropping off or picking up your child!!!!!

It was my first day here and overall this gym is super overpriced. I asked where things were in the gym and they basically just pointed and had me figure it out. Didnt get the friendly vibe here. Yeah theres a lot of things to do but everything besides the lifting area is outdated. They have a ton of old basketballs and volleyballs. And both gyms were dominated by the kids. I couldnt even get shots up because middle school kids are playing full court basketball on the only available gym. Theres no sense of order and the employees definitely do not care. I rather yall have a few things that u do excellent rather than a bunch of things ran poorly. Let me be clear, this is strictly a kids gym. Save your money.

Update: The new addition is amazing. Great workout facility. The negative is they added no additional gym space. During Youth Sports season its impossible to find an open space to do anything. Youth Sports has become a nightmare in recent years. The failure to properly train officials or hire ones that care more than just earning a paycheck is incredibly frustrating. They also allow select groups of people to hand select their teams. I don't understand the nature of this when certain teams are winning by 4-6 touchdowns each game, or volleyball teams have 10+ players when others struggle to field 6 to play a game. If this is the goal they are shooting for this needs to be advertised as a bring your own team scenario like leagues in the Hastings YMCA. Moving forward we plan to move our children to club sports where it's expected to care more about putting your best foot forward than coaching athletes of all abilities.
