The whole CHI outpatient is a joke. I went for a med appointment March of 2022. They collected my copay and submitted my information to insurance. January of this year, I get a bill for the entire service. Insurance didnt cover it because they submitted it to medical coverage instead of mental health coverage. After several phone calls to the central office, emails, and a letter I got absolutely no where. So I reached out to the local office and was told once insurance leaves the office its out of their hands. I explained that I am getting no where with anyone. They said I could talk to their manager and I got transferred and waited with no answer. So now Im stuck with a bill that Im going to have to pay because they will not do ANYTHING. Im tired of talking to operators and want it handled locally. They are the worst and I would never ever recommend their services.

Horrible place. I needed a med change as the current antidepressant I was on were causing suicidal thoughts. Waited 2 months to be seen, then I was kicked out for bringing my children because she couldnt focus because they are 2 and 4 and were playing. If I wasnt as strong as I was this could of pushed me to my limits left in tears feeling defeated

This place is awful. They allowed me to be stalked and even put them as my roommate!! They wouldnt listen to me when i said i was uncomfortable. The staff were horrible (except for one night nurse i think her name is tiese) discharge wasnt planned and just suddenly happened. They even changed my medication even tho i told them i liked the meds i was on before. The doctors are trash. I didnt get the mental help i need while being there. There were comments made about my scars and i felt extremely unsafe there. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE

I visited my friend there and her room was awful and filthy! There was hair in the shower, Stains on her bed sheets and all over the walls and lots of dead bugs in the window and the beds are extremely uncomfortable! This is supposed to be a nice place to help you but its not DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
