        Our daughters have gotten all of their formal dresses at KTown. Im sad that we are preparing for our last senior prom . However, as we were in the shop yesterday- debating between two dresses I thought about how close we came to losing this shop after Covid. I cant image where wed go without Ktwon Couture! I also love how they are so genuinely invested and excited as the girls try their dresses on. They are honest about what they think, and our experience has been its often leaning more to the lower price point- which speaks volumes about not only their integrity,but understanding the personalities of the young ladies they are helping. I cant recommend more!

        This place is sooo expensive, and they are so rude they only care about the people who are giving them money me and my friend went before homecoming and felt they were ignoring us just because we didnt have 300$ for a dress dont go here hello beautiful is so much better and the girls there are so nice and if you go dont expect to pay 300$ for a dress and youll actually get attention instead of just being ignored

      So as the owner I am so sorry you felt like you had such a bad experience! We work very hard to check on every customer that comes in the store. We try very hard to greet and register every customer that walks in the door. It would appear that we let you down there as well since i don't have you in the computer. It is odd that you felt ignored unless we don't get a response from in the dressing room we interact with every customer to the best of our ability. That isn't to say that we let you down! To address the price concern 95% of homecoming dresses in here are under 300$! I happy to see that you support the other store. However this is not the place to do an advertisement for them. I would like to apologize to you again and hope that you will give us another opportunity to try and earn back your business! thank you again for letting us know about you experience and we will work very hard to not let your experience be what all of our other customers experience!
