image I closed my account with this bank due to their inability to keep proper records, poor customer service, inability to listen and comprehend, and likely poor training of personnel. The lack of record keeping created a financial burden and led to a considerable amount of work. I have been told by a number of people/businesses that their business practices are antiquated. I requested a change of address two times and months later, even after withdrawing all of the money from the account, they still had not acted. Although this is a less significant issue, it provides additional evidence of their lack of attention to details. If I could provide negative stars, I would give them the maximum.

image Very, very, ***VERY*** poor customer service. If I could rate them a -5 star, I would! I opened an account & after four weeks, I still didn't have a debit card. The account was opened in Kearney, so I called them multiple times. I showed up multiple times! Kearney told me to call the home office (Milford) & they told me to call Kearney. Don't waste your time - find a different bank!!! Worst experience ever!

image If I could I would give negative 18 stars. I live in Georgia but work in Nebraska as a truck driver. I'm a retired Marine and purple heart vet. I've never had a problem with any bank ever which makes me believe there is a racial issue here. I opened an account with this bank. Took 2 weeks for them to open it. During that time I deposited several checks but to access them I have to drive all the way back to Nebraska to cash them or withdrawal them. I did the paperwork to sign up for a debt card but after 2 weeks it never came. I had limited online access. I had bills piling up so I paid them the only way I could through echeck. My phone bill overdraft my account by -10 I paid it the next day. But because of this they closed my online banking portion explaining they were scared I was going to overdraft my account by several thousand, what!?! If that was the case why didn't you just put overdraft protection on it??? So I asked how do I get access to my money ? They never ordered me a debit card. They got mad, decided to close my account indefinitely and then took 4 weeks to mail a check for the amount in my account. This is thee worst bank I have ever had. They're worse than BOA or Wells Fargo . Im sorry to see other people have gone through this but glad to know it wasn't just me.
