        Tried to pull out money on 39th and N was given a error message then my phone notifies me it went through yet no money, called since you know it's your ATM and you're the local branch just to be told nothing we can do dispute it. Pathetic...

        Website has been under construction for what seems forever. Goes back and forth from old website to new website. No way this is secure and safe.

        My Debit card was hacked I went to the bank and Mrs McClary took such wonderful care of me.. First National is a top notch bank!!!!!!!

        Only reason I'm giving this branch a 1 is because there is a banker there by the name of Elane and she is a massive joke she dosnt know how to do her job. Opening up a new account that dosnt usually take too long took like 2hrs. I spoke to her on the phone today and she didn't even know what a deposit slip was. If she left or was fired this bank would be 5 stars !!!
