        Limped in at 10am on Sunday when they opened. We were on our way home from a 2000 mile road trip when a spark plug blew and took the ignition coil with it. Still over 500 miles from home we were pretty panicked. Joel was great and worked with my husband to gather all the necessary parts needed. He was AMAZINGLY helpful and the PERFECT example of what customer service means. He chatted with me nearly the whole time hubby installed the new parts. He and the other gentleman working were SO patient!! The other man was helping people from Russia that spoke absolutely no English and STILL got them taken care of!! If you need ANYTHINGyou must go to this location. Thank you Joel!! Youre the best!!
