My scooter wouldn't hold a charge....and I love this scooter! I called and emailed Glion support and had an immediate response. My thanks to LORI who's communication and coordination was a 10+ and to BLAKE who completed the repairs. They supported the warranty and the total cost was more than fair. This experience reaffirmed my faith in small business and I wish them continued success. Scooter runs great! Thanks Team Glion!!!!

Your customer service representative was awesome. She went beyond good service. She should be the poster child for what good customer service is. Your scooters are far superior than others we have looked at. So much so we bought 2! 5 stars are not enough.

My stepdad purchased two different models and loved them both. Glion scooters are built well and reliable. But the highlight of our experience was the customer service. Lori and her team served our family well. We asked LOTS of questions and she was always ready to help and did so with excellence, timeliness, and warmth. We love Glion!

Out of all the choices for electric scooters Glion is known for after-sales service. I recently lost some parts for the handlebar clamp (my fault) and was nervous I'd have to wait forever for the parts. My email to customer support was answered within hours and exactly 7 days later my parts arrived and I was ready to roll! THIS is why you should choose Glion besides the fact they make an awesome, rock-solid scooter. I couldn't be happier.
