        The customer service is not good. Rude and the employees more specifically, Cindy did not show good customer service and was throwing equipment in a bucket that was being returned to the store.

        Been to the store three times to get help with intermittent internet service. Best I can get is a phone number for an automated assistant. A few years ago this was the best service out there. Now? Not so much. Shopping for a new provider.
