The main lady was really rude and all over the place. Cutting people off including her own staff when trying to talk through what was needed. Didnt get the wedding party notes right and wrong styles were ordered. Overall frustrating experience. Only gave it a second star because one of the male staff members was extremely helpful and understanding.

My husbands father just passed away. My husbands suit was not quite fitting him the best so we needed to get one quickly for him before the visitation and funeral. The people at Gary Michaels in both Kearney and Hastings were so wonderful and helpful to work with on short notice. Although my husbands jacket and pants sizes were not both available in Kearney (he falls into the Big and Tall category and can be difficult to fit), Lori in Kearney worked very kindly and efficiently with getting things set up for us to go to the Hastings store where they did have his sizes. Tammy in the Hastings store was ready the moment we walked in the door for him to try the jacket and pants on for fitting. After that, they were able to coordinate with a seamstress who dropped everything to get the alterations made. We went to lunch and the alterations were done by the time we were done eating. We picked up the suit and were on our way to the visitation just in time. It saved us from needing to drive out of our way the next day for the funeral. I just want to commend all who were involved in helping us during the stressful and heartbreaking time in our lives. We cant thank you enough for your dedication to helping your customers! We highly recommend them.

I so appreciate the kind, helpful staff. Great selection, great quality clothing and accessories. Hastings really needs a nice women's clothing store like this! T y Gary Michael's!!
