Hearing from a mother in my special needs support group that her family was asked rudely to leave because her autistic child was stimming. Didnt realize being a designer store allows you to discriminate against people.

I enjoy coming to this store often with friends and family. However, this trip specifically was the worst experience Ive ever had. I went in with my family and we have one toddler. Two girls at the counter failed at whispering and my sister caught what they said. They spoke rudely about large groups with kids and how they never buy anything and its stressful. They dont buy anything because of your terrible personalities. Trust me, I understand stressful situations and needing to vent but wait till the customers are out of the building. To reiterate, Im not bothered by what they said (because we did buy something), Im bothered by their lack of common sense. Good thing the nice people at Coach are just a few stores down.

Every time I visit the store at Nebraska Crossing, I am treated like a dignitary. The salespeople are helpful, not pushy; the selection is excellent; and the prices are great. And I love their purses!
