Impound a vehicle the I had sold for over a year. My name was still on title. Guy never change it . I Payed 6 700 dollar for storage They pull out into there parking lot so I could get it the next day. When I came to pick it up I clean it out and found the title and his bill of sale. They wouldnt give me my money back because it wasnt in the impound area. Now thats customer service and I wasnt even a customer

We got stuck called to get unstuck took our car instead of billing and didn't disclose any of the info when we called about the fee or the fact that it would be held at their lot until the fee is paid DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY made us sit illegally with 4 people in a 3 person cab

Was able to get my truck and trailer off the road after being in an accident with another driver who ran a stop sign. They gave me a ride to my hotel for the night and are set to bring myself, truck and trailer back to the Penske in Omaha so I can get going again. They are very customer service oriented and friendly staff gets the job done pretty quickly.

Got stuck on a slush and snow covered street, they arrived about 30 minutes after I called and got my car moved the 30 yards back to my buildings parking lot. Outstanding customer service. My only complaint would be the cost of the job. Luckily my insurance covered the $125.00. The responder reminded me to turn it in to my insurance company to get reimbursed.
