        I've had only 5 star experiences here! I've bought a vacuum cleaner and 2 bernina machines. Customer service is top notch. Trent's installation on my quilting machine was superb. He, or his staff, have always answered all of my questions courteously and knowledgeably. The ONLY place to buy a sewing machine from as far as I'm concerned.

        Staff seem uninterested in helping. Needed a belt they didnt have it. Checked back multiple times no luck. Ordered it online for cheaper and got it before they got their restock
