        Do not waste your time, they do not communicate with you about anything. I honestly don't think I have ever dealt with someone so rude or unprofessional. I spoke with Jakie, and all I can say is she needs to learn some manners and customer service skills. From the sounds of the rest of these review, it sounds as though this is an ongoing issue that they need to address.

        Seemed like very nice folks; Im sure maybe even good people. As so many are well aware housing in Grand Island is laughably, and ridiculously outlandish, yes. Major hurdle all in itself but when people say they will do something I think they should follow through. Not even sure we EVER got a call back.
