0 Stars! Im a current renter! Paying $1,320.00 monthly! Unprofessional business poor communication! My AC had been leaking water took 2 weeks to get ahold of someone & have them fix it, it had created mold (also showing & telling them about the mold) assuming they would fix that as well they DID NOT! Leaving my 7 year old child & myself to inhale the now growing BLACK MOLD! Fast forward to Fall Season my Heater does NOT work turning it on for a few seconds the Carbon Monoxide alarms go off unable to use it making it less than 60 degrees in the household! Ive called the office for Months, left numerous voicemails have yet to get a response. You can also call after hours for a Maintenance Emergency only to realize NO ONE will answer that call as well! Flooded with disrespectful workers & management, that are not trained well. I would avoid renting here! My only option now is to take legal action

I was there once visiting a friend and my car wouldn't start when I was ready to leave. So I asked my friend to jump start me real quick. We no more than got the cables hooked up and a guy walks over and says we are not allowed to work on vehicles there and we had 1 hour to move it or it will be towed and that my friend would be evicted for violating trailer park rules....if you want to pay too much just to be evicted for something small then west park is your place..
