My son and I were in the Grand Island store this morning and a gentleman was getting him fitted for dress pants. I have never been in and out of a store with perfectly fitting pants so quickly! Excellent service! Wish I could remember his name, but he needs a raise!!

Our first experience there was amazing, Lupe had helped my fiance and I find a suit. She ended up cutting the tags off of it because she didnt get the feeling that we would return it. We purchased on November 2nd and came back today, November 24th to return the suit. We live 2 hours away and had called to ask what their return policy was. We were told we could return as long as we had the original receipt. We drove the 2 hours to the store and Lupe had helped us again. We were only able to return half of the suit due to wear on the suit, the suit had never been tried on after it was purchased, only before it was purchased, so the wear was from finding the right size, with Lupes help. We were also made aware that we were charged $47 for a vest we never took home in the first place. The overall return process was terrible and the customer service we received the second time was terrible as well.

Pleased with my experience! I was promptly greeted by friendly staff and it was a quick process to have an oversized uniform shirt adjusted to have a tailored fit over my bulletproof vest. Turn around was two weeks and now my uniform fits and feels so much better. I wouldnt hesitate using them in the future for other alterations.
