        The older lady was grumpy, there's not much to choose from at all. Everything is priced higher than it's worth, (my opinion). I recommend Riddle's Jewelry, they're a lot nicer all around.

        I had a great watch battery replacement experience at Kay's! Great staff and very quick! A different jeweler had accidentally told me that the watch was broken because the day of the week mechanism was a little hard to understand. Kay's replaced the battery and set it for the correct day and explained it to me! Thank you Kay's Jewelers!
