        She just messed up my daughters hair very badly. She asked for a trim for her curtain bangs and what she got was her curtain bangs cut off and short regular choppy bangs in front. My daughter came home crying hard. If I could give a zero or less than zero, that's what I would give. And this hairdresser knows what curtain bangs are bc she trimmed my daughters curtain bangs last time. She didn't even have the decency to say that she messed up. THIS IS NOT OKAY.

      Hello Nicole, thank you for your feedback. We did reach out to your daughter in hopes we could develop a plan to address the current issues, as well as plans for the future in getting her hair and bangs back on track. Our stylist was unaware of not meeting her expectations. In fact, until you wrote this review we were unaware of dissatisfaction in anyway. We send out service review forms immediately after every service and no concerns of dissatisfaction was reported to us via this avenue or by telephone. However,We have policies in place to insure satisfaction and always take care of our guests. We take full ownership in the miscommunication.
