I am posting this review anonymously as I would like to be fully honest with this review. I had an amazing experience with the owner, Debra. She was very informative, a great listener, and did her best in trying to connect me with a counselor at GI Mental Health who could be most beneficial to me. The receptionist was very kind, and they also give you the option to schedule appointments by text message, as well as phone call. I was seeing a newly-licensed counselor here for a few sessions earlier this year, however in a public setting I overheard this counselor and their colleague rudely talking about a specific personal situation I was particularly seeking counseling for and found this to be very violating of my privacy, unethical and upsetting. This action hurt, and crossed many boundaries. This was not okay.
