Unrealistic expectations. They go thru "your" apartment every 3 months to do checks to make sure it's clean and you can NOT have a toy on the floor or they will consider it dirty and come back in 7 days lol.. they also come in UNNANOUNCED! Highly do NOT recommend. The manager is very rude.
