        I really like Donna. She does what she can to get the result you are looking for, even if that means having to spend 20-30 minutes on the phone trying to figure out how to make the payment work and then running it on 3 different cards to get it paid. She's amazing and I highly recommend her.

        Donna has done an amazing job of helping us with our claim! Our vehicle was hit while unoccupied. Instead of waiting for the other insurance agency to contact us to get the paperwork started, she took the lead. She spoke to the police station, body repair shop, as well as the agent representing the other person. This will be a long process to get everything fixed, and we appreciate all you have done so far.
