Walmart Vision & Glasses

Had an insurance card but couldn't read the numbers since they were worn off a few numbers they absolutely refused to look him up in the system . he's been there recently before and no insurance information changed. refused to schedule the appt. Then proceeded to play games putting me on hold then picking the phone up and putting me back on hold this went on for 15 minutes. They said they were getting a manager for me to talk to hat was a lie. Loved the eye Dr we saw last time there but at this point I'd rather go elsewhere if this is how you guys want to treat your customers .

Optician Pam, is so helpful and so wonderful to work with! She acknowledged us as soon as we walked in, very helpful with letting us know what our insurance would cover and then helped us get the glasses ordered. She has such a helpful positive attitude and great to work with! Thank you Pam for all of your help!

Pamela absolutely scored! I found myself without contacts!! Big thing Im dangerous without! She took care to fax all my pertinent number's to my optometrist. Here in Washington, In like instantly real-time minutes!! I no longer need a cane to drive?
