        Don't go to this location, refused to do their job. I asked them if they could check out my watches since we are paying for the lines and they're not working. I was told oh since they're not turning on I can't help you. Then, I asked can you look it up for me and he refused because my situation with the watches sounds fishy and I need to contact customer service. Awesome. Won't be back to this location. I don't care if I have to drive an hour. Oh and it's already been reported to Tmobile customer service.

        Went to T-Mobile today to add an additional phone line to my plan for my husband. Which included porting his current number to my etc . Junior Juarez was the sales rep who assisted us with everything we needed to get phone set up for my husband to switch over from selectel wireless to my plan with T-Mobile. Also we now will have wireless internet for less than half the cost of what I was currently paying with Viasat and it just will be combined with my phone bill. So easy ! I recommend going to this location and ask for Junior ! He is knowledgeable and gets you set up with what u need! Thank you! Allison & Corey
