I've been with them since I was a teenager. Before a lady took over I've felt like I had more help. I recently needed help n didn't receive what I was looking for so decided to look into it. Which I'm allowed to do. Apparently talking to someone else makes your agent fire you and call you being disrespectful. Yes I was agitated n not getting the answers I was looking for. But to call me, talk over me, wouldn't let me finish, just because I needed more answers. What a disgrace
