The man that checked us in was very friendly. We stayed over Labor Day weekend this year (2023) The stay went ok. All three of my kids stayed with their families plus other family members stayed. I know for sure that we had at least five rooms booked. Some refrigerators did not work. Over all things were ok. One of my kids checked out on Sunday. Soon after they left they'd realized their two year old left his stuffed Danial the Tiger. We got back to the hotel too late to ask about the stuffed animal. I checked the next day, Monday. When I asked about the stuffed animal the attitude given was "not my problem" The lady said, " I have no idea...you'll have to check with house keeping." Really?? Not your problem I quess. I went back to my room to take my things to the car and came across a person from housekeeping. I told her about the lost tiger and she said she didn't know. She went upstairs to ask the house keeper on the 2 ND floor. I assumed they would just go look in the room. Instead I was told that the person that was going to clean that room wasn't going to be there to clean the room until the next day... (Tuesday) REALLY?! Why wouldn't they have cleaned it right away to be ready for someone else. I was told to leave my address.
The lady spoke broken English. I tried to explain that I am here right now...I can take the stuffed tiger to my grandson. But I could not get her to understand me. So I went back to the front desk to leave the address.
And go figure...when someone FINALLY cleaned the room they found my grandson's tiger. But instead of sending it to him, my kids were told they needed to send a postage paid package. For crying out loud!! I was THERE asking someone to just go take a look. It was going to cost my kids over $9 to send them a box to send the tiger back. More than what I paid for the tiger.

OH...and None of my family will stay there again. We have a very large family reunion every year and they all know about this unfortunate incident.
I'm sorry sir...you were very nice and even talked to us about getting a block of rooms for next year. We were planning on it but now that we had this incident hsppen and after reading other reviews, we will not stay here again. Keeping a 2 yr olds toy is bad business.
