We just bought our second car now from Tailgate. Both times we had great customer service and we felt taken care of from the start. The few little concerns we had with the car, they took care of them right away! We had so many people that helped us but a few stood out. Big thanks to Dylan, Brian, Adam and AJ! You guys rock!

This is the BEST car buying experience of my life, and I have purchased a lot of vehicles. Jeff was so helpful in the days leading up to us going to see the van, including answering allllll my questions and then some. He had everything basically ready to roll when we got there, including paperwork and a top dollar trade in for our older van. We had some issues after purchase, but Jeff and the team there helped through it all. I cannot recommend Tailgate highly enough!

Called from out of state (PNW), looking for information on a specific vehicle (2019 Tacoma w/manual transmission). Spoke to Ethan V. Explained I would have to fly in for pick up & purchase. Ethan was patient and professional, answered all my questions, never did I get the sense my call was burdensome. Ethan clearly explained the procedure for such a purchase from his end. From there we text and talked a few more times while I secured funding. I flew out that night, and Ethan assured me there'd be someone from the dealership to pick me up at my hotel first thing in the morning. Promptly, as scheduled, my courtesy shuttle drove me the hour and a half from Omaha. Mike (hope I remember his name right), was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the conversation, the drive was safe and pleasant as well. Upon arriving Ethan was down to business as I'd told him I was wanting to leave ASAP. Nothing was rushed, though he was aware of my time constraint and was courteous and accommodating. At no time did I get any pressure, from my preferred way of financing or anything else. I was really impressed with Ethan's character and communication throughout the process, beginning to end. I'm not one to write reviews, hence waiting 4 1/2 months. Though I can honestly say, every time I think back to that trip, the big money purchase, and the people involved, was such a pleasure. No stress, no feigned personalities, just an honest deal from a genuinely professional team. Thank you Ethan & Mike, really appreciate it. Oh, & I got a great deal on the truck as well!
