Service Specialist Tai Murphey was excellent from start to finish for a big list of service on my SUV including a new windshield. Tai is professional , punctual and kind and did everything he said he would do. The entire crew at Village Pointe Toyota is top notch. The service tech did a great job too - no complaints. Highly recommend.

Our salesman, Drew, was a very friendly and helpful guy. He was new to a sales position, but he still did a very good. Just wish he would speak louder.we were not hard of hearing, but he was so very soft spoken, we were straining to hear him. The five stars are for Drew. If I had been able to rate the detailers, they would have gotten a one or two star rating. The majority of cars we test drove were filthy inside and the car we purchased, we ended up finding crushed almonds under the seat. YUCK. They detailed the front inside of our car, but not the back seating area. I could run circles around those detailers and Im 60! Overall, we had a pretty good experience, though.

Took my 2020 Supra in for an oil change and pulled in my garage to find not one but 4 oily handprints all over the hood of my car. I left a message on the website and emailed them directly almost two weeks ago and have yet to receive any kind of reply, so its very apparent that they dont care. Im not trying to get any free stuff but your lube techs need to take better care of customer vehicles. 4/2/24 Update: What is it they say about fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me? I took my car in for another oil change because I had a coupon. And yet again, I went home to find oil all over my car. I also had them look at a head light vertical tilt malfunction error light. They said they had their Supra tech look at it and found nothing wrong. But the light is still on.. This will definitely be the last time I bring my car here.

I was kind of convinced the old school 'slimey car dealer' days were behind us. But after visiting twice, this place was scummy. While waiting for the sales guy to grab a vehicle, I was looking at a bright colored 4Runner in the sales room. A random sales guy walked up and said "You would look good in orange" because the vehicle was orange. Really? The sales guy was just trying to hard and using all of the sales guy tactics but would refuse to even discuss pricing. Later we find out they were adding required extras on everything, which is probably why he didn't want to even discuss it. Try to rope the customer in and then hoodwink them. We asked about something that was a bit fishy on the CarFax and the sales guy told us we could call CarFax and have it removed. (This is not true) When telling him we needed to think about it, he said "Well what do you need to think about. Why can't you just sign it now" and then brought a finance guy in. The Finance guy was just as slimey and basically standing in the door trying to get us to buy it. We have extremely good credit and the finance guy said we wouldn't be able to get anything below 9 to 9.5%. Maybe even 10%. And then he told me "The difference between 6% AND 9-10% is practically nothing". Apparently $4k-$5k is nothing when buying a 40-50k vehicle. He also told me there was no way I would be able to find anything close to their rates since they are "Berkshire Hathaway" and have the best rates in town. I would be curious if Warren Buffet would want his name dragged into this, but apparently here we are. They also did the thing where the sales manager calls you after to see if there is anything they can do to convince you to buy. And then the store manager? called. Mmm okay. They also kept going on about the monthly amount we can afford. No, I would like to discuss the full price of the vehicle and financing rates. Not some arbitrary number that you guys can magic your way to. The entire experience made me not want to go back ever. We ended up buying a Toyota from Baxter which was way easier and less stressful. And buying a used vehicle from Carmax. We got both a 6% interest rate at Carmax and 5.5% interest rate at Baxter. Honestly, the price of the vehicle itself was better then most in town, but with the awful Carfax, scummy attitude and basically condescending sales guy who thinks finances don't matter I am so happy I spent a tiny bit more and went somewhere else.
