        Lisa (who is the owner) is fabulous to work with! We ordered a custom couch from Amish Furniture and when we got it it just felt uncomfortable for us. Absolutely nothing wrong with the couch just a little more stuffed than we liked. Its actually a beautiful couch. I called and Lisa was more than happy to not only make sure I loved it but work with me to return it for something that worked better. Top notch customer service and we will be buying more pieces from them!

        Buyer beware! Even if furniture arrives defective and completely unusable upon delivery, Amish Furniture of Nebraska will deny you a refund. What makes the situation all the more frustrating is we waited almost two months and paid four digits for something that could not even be assembled upon delivery because of manufacturer defects.

We can deliver it to your home 1st thing tomorrow. As far as return policy on custom orders, we do not give refunds, and you were made aware of this when you ordered this desk.
