        Walked in for a very personal/special request that needed a quick turnaround and they were able to help on every level. All 3 ladies I met up front were extremely helpful and saved the day! Highly recommend for any printing or embroidery needs and will personally use them in the future for everything!

        The level of communication at this business is surely lacking. My husband spent $334 on a letter jacket and was told it would be ready in 3 weeks...9 weeks later we still do not have it. He tried emailing Megan with no response, I then Facebook messaged them and was told he would receive a call today with an update. It is now noon with NO phone call, so he called and was told she wasn't in and the jacket was ready for pick up.went to pick it upand its wrong! The graduation year isnt even on the jacket and we still cant get ahold of Megan for answers and NO ONE has offered to fix or rectify the issue! They take your money and runaway with it and you dont receive it what was promised! Bunch of thieves! GET IT TOGETHER!
