I had a personal text from the business confirming the reservation, reminding me of the reservation a few days out, and confirming the drop off window. I also asked questions and was answered immediately (real human interaction!). When they set up the bounce house, they cleaned and sanitized the inside despite it already appearing to be spotless. Can't wait to rent from this business again in August!
