      image I have been with State Farm for over 20 years and have always had excellent coverage. My old agent retired and I was transferred to Mark Emsicks office. There was no drop off of service. I now have my vehicles and home insured through Marks office. My daughter and brother has their vehicles through Mark. Working with Angie was wonderful. She is so easy to work with. I highly recommend this office and State Farm insurance.

      Update: Colin, we are so glad the claim has been settled! Thank you for your business! Mark Emsick and Team! Colin, I'm truly sorry you're frustrated. We’ve spoken to your dad multiple times in an effort to remedy the delays in repairing your vehicle. The concerns you have regarding the claim have been addressed several times by my team and unfortunately the dealership has had difficulty identifying the electrical issues with your vehicle. It's my understanding that the dealership is doing their best and I believe they have even provided a temporary replacement vehicle due to the delays in getting parts, etc. If there is something more that you think our agency can do to remedy and expedite the claim then please let us know and we'll get right on it!
