Been going here for awhile now, love this spot. Private little gym with everything i need to work out. If you're tired of the big gyms with to many people and just wanna more private spot check it out. Owner is cool and does private training, I've never had a session with him but totally would. I don't ever want to go back to the big crowded gyms at least.

Ive been working with Jesse for over a year now and its been very rewarding. He sends me my workouts through the TrueCoach app and we communicate monthly about how everything is going and work together on a plan that is best suited for me, my schedule, and the equipment I have access too. I highly recommend Kruse Fitness for my fellow working professionals or anyone who needs that accountability and mentorship from a coach! Ive been working with Jesse for a year and a half. He is great! He always tailors workouts to my to my fitness goals. Even as I live in NYC he sends the workouts over to me and it is a huge help! I highly recommend working with Jesse!

Jesse is very helpful, friendly and accommodating to whatever you need. Never have to wait for any equipment and 24 hour access makes it easy and convenient to work out ! Would recommend for all levels of fitness.
