        Solid communication, friendly, and from what I can tell competitive prices to other places I looked up. Washer stopped draining, got a quote to fix it. Even though its half the cost of the washer, we decided to fix it so we can sell the set, recoup the money it cost to fix and get something more durable long-term, when it goes on sale. Took a couple of days to order the part, but the actual fix was only 30 mins. Pleased with this company.

        I was lucky enough to get a same day appointment, Matthew came to fix my dryer. He figured out the problem right away, and fixed it the next day. He was very polite, courteous, considerate and extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely use this company again and request him for any repairs I had!!!

        My LG refrigerator had a problem. I was new to the Omaha area and had no knowledge of a reputable business for repairs. I did a blind google search finding Mr Appliance. Gave them a call and was happy to hear they could send a service person the same day. Brad later arrived and diagnosed the problem. After a quick run for a part he came back, installed it, and refrigerator now back in service. Very happy.
