I took a call from Ryan last year that turned into one of the better marketing purchases I made. I got a couple of calls off it that turned into some new clients. Just renewed for a second year with a better perspective of the audience this can bring in. If youre on the fence and its within your budget this is worth a try.

I recently went to the golf course and didnt see my ad out there. I called Bench Craft to inquire as to whats going on and spoke to Justin. He informed me that my sign had been produced and was delivered to the course but needed to be installed. No kidding I mentioned my concern that the golf season was starting soon, and I was losing time. Justin was very professional throughout the call and asked to call me back later that day with an update. To my surprise I got a call back about 5 hours later. Justin said he spoke with the golf course and got my sign installed at hole number one. He even emailed a picture of it. He apologized for the delay and mentioned my advertising time does not start until my ad has been installed. I know this course can get busy so its nice knowing this is now up. It did take some effort on my part, but I felt Justins prompt service helped me feel reassured about my purchase.

I rarely accept calls like this but the salesman got past my reception and closed a deal that Im glad Im doing. The initial ad proof I got was close to where I wanted it to be. One additional discussion produced exactly what we wanted. It was a really good experience.
