        This is without a doubt the slowest place on the face of the earth you come in they tell you it will be a few minutes and sit there for like at least an hour. Smdh.

        Unprofessional and poor customer service. They dont even deserve one star. Also lost the pre employment drug screen! How does this happen? Poor leadership, thats how! Unbelievable!

        Do not go here for a DOT physical. They require a release from your doctor before even attempting to schedule. Even after having a release and 4 weeks of calling daily, they still refused to schedule. Called another clinic and accepted my paperwork and would get me in the next day. Worst clinic I have ever dealt with, nothing but a joke and they don't care if your medical card expires.
