        I love this service. You have a variety of places you can go and the drivers are very friendly.

        Went through the process and trouble getting my doctor's to fill out forms to see on getting approved for the services. We were asked of my location and address and provided them with it and on the form, yet nothing was said until my appointment. The guy said FYI just incase you get a call, you are not authorized to use our services because you live in risingview off base housing. I explained to him that is not what we were told etc. Well, you are not in bellevue. Uumm yes we are. So I called which the lady got really testy with me and again I stated,"well you all knew where I lived, yet nothing was said until I requested to be picked up". I'm still waiting on my extra 2.00 for the round trip which was only one way!. If you want respect from a company that treats you well and like family, use beautiful life transport. They may be a bit pricey, but worthwhile in the end.
