We didn't say oh well. You said you bought the vape Thursday. We have a 24 hour return policy on disposable vapes. Most stores won't even do that. Sorry for your experience but we have literally had people use an entire vape and try to return it. Next time you come in I'll gladly give you a discount. But no we will not do a refund/exchange on a vape more than 24 hours after the purchase.

I told you I would exchange the pipe and you didn't even bring it with you yesterday. And no we are not going to exchange the delta 8 flower you opened, smoked and then wanted to return. Also you didn't even bother to look at our lab results that were provided from Hometown Hero who are a highly reputable hemp company with an extensive team of lawyers who know what they're doing is safe. We do not appreciate you leaving a bad review because you weren't happy with a product that YOU OPENED and SMOKED. A product that multiple people purchase a week with no complaints. Would you purchase a pepsi, drink it and then return it because you didn't like the taste? We do care what you think but you refused to even look at the lab results which are also available on Hometown Hero's website. I'm sorry that you weren't happy with your experience but we clearly have 2 signs posted that say "No Refunds, No Exchanges" and I was courteous enough to offer exchanging your pipe you weren't happy with. But no we are not going to give you your money back for hemp that you opened and smoked that is just ridiculous.
