        Completely unresponsive. I called several times, and left multiple messages. I talked to some lady who took a message. I explained my situation, and was assured someone would get back to me. Husker Tax Service left me hanging, and I Never received a call back from them. This unprofessional reply is no surprise.

        Had a terrifying tax experience with a prior business. Not only did Husker assist in helping us clean all of that up but they have given us guidance going forward with zero issues. Always respond very quickly to any questions or concerns we have and they truly go above and beyond. We have moved away going on 2 years now and will continue to use this company.

      We have no client named Robert Wester. I have received no known phone calls, emails, or phone messages from Robert Wester. Husker Tax is anything but unprofessional, and did not leave this individual "hanging." The "lady" he spoke to is my wife and office manager Carol, a 40 year missionary's daughter who grew up in Africa. Carol said she told Robert Wester that we were not taking on new clients at the time (middle of tax season) and that if we had an opening she would call him back. We didn't call him back because we had no additional openings after that. Most reasonable individuals would just call another tax firm, and not spend their time leaving inflated and misleading comments as a Google review. That is probably why he has a 2.6 Goggle review number on his own Robert Wester account. Decide for yourself who is being "unprofessional."
