        Good luck on your maintenance issues getting fixed. When they FINALLY send someone, it's the lowest bidder. I lived in one of their properties and I went years with a leaky roof Mimi tried to bill me for and no AC in the summer cause the idiot she hired didn't show up. I eventually bought my own home and would never, never, never use Mimi. NEVER!!!
