J & T Plumbing & Sons

I have used J&T to replace a drain line before, but they have the worst communication issues by far out of any company I have worked with before. If you can stomach receiving no contact from them for potentially half a year or more, then you may find that they do good work as I did. Unfortunately, in my situation, they have completely failed to get back to me. Five months ago they came out to my home to provide an estimate on a bid. They have not gotten back to me despite several phone call attempts, voicemails, and emails. Frustrating is a word I would use to describe their communication, but they do great work if you can get a hold of them. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

Best customer service I have EVER had from a plumbing company! If you are looking for real people who dont over charge and shoot you straight call J and T. Wont ever use another Plumber again. Services: Faucet installation, Water heater installation

Out of the 4 companies I had come out, they were the ONLY ones who knew where the problem was. Everyone else said it was an entire pipe, and they said it was a Y joint under the basement flooring. I was being quoted $2,000-$4000 by other companies, and they quoted $750-$2000. They got it done for $750. They didnt charge me anything the first time they came out to look either. I will always use them in the future. Honest and great people! They actually know what they are talking about! 10/10! Service: Plumbing pipe repair
