        Greg did a great job explaining the process, was reasonable, and the floor looks beautiful! It was definitely worth doing and more cost effective than replacing the floor.

        Grey Fayton is an amazing one man floor fixer! My first ever home and he made it look brand new even though it was built in 1949. The house previously had carpet and whoever installed it put a million staples and even nails everywhere in the original hard wood floors. There were also a lot of pet stains! Greg was able to get eveything fixed up, sanded and stained a perfect shade to make it look brand new and no stains could be seen. He also did it for a great price compared to all the other estimates I received and was able to start the soonest as well. Finished two bedrooms, a living room, hallway and dining room plus closets within around 2 weeks. The pictures speak for themselves and even my friends exclaimed it turned out better than they thought since my floor before looked like a lost cause! Services: Floor refinishing, Repair flooring

        1938 home with original hardwood floors that were never able to shine. Peeling back the current floor left horror in our eyes by Greg restored/refinished them to their full potential and able to match the rest of the house. Highly recommend. Photos of before and after.         Greg refinished the floors in my nearly 100 year old house and did a wonderful job. I selected Fayton's Floors over other contractors because of his competitive price and thorough walk-through when he came for the estimate. After sanding the floors, a ton of pet stains were discovered. Greg worked with me to find a darker colored wood stain to help hide the pet stains. The result is amazing and the stains are hidden!
