I love this office! Dr. McCoy is the best dentist I have ever had. She is kind and truly cares about her patients. She took her time and talked through different options for me. You can tell she loves her job and I feel like Im in great hands with her.

True story: arrived at my appointment I knew I needed a root canal. Got a female doctor ... young just out of school ... after the exam said I needed a filling. I told her I think I need a root canal. I had been in a lot of pain for a week... she wouldn't listen to me... I knew it was going to be a long haul because if she addressed the cavity and put a filling in and I needed a root canal I'd have to come back because it would not fix the problem. I had to beg for pain medication just to get me by the weekend which they gave me a just two pills. Next week rolls around the female doctor could not make it and she was replaced with a male doctor. Which was fine because he seemed to know a lot more and didn't act like it though if you know what I mean. Before surgery I told him that I needed a root canal he did a simple test with a cold touch device and said yes you do need a root canal we're going to change what we're going to do. I got my root canal which went pretty good. I payed in full before I left with my HSA. A year and in 3 months later I receive a bill of 300 plus dollars saying that I owed money for the procedure. I called them back and explain to them I paid in full but they said they made a mistake on their billing! They're making hundreds of thousands of dollars a year and come after me for $300 a year and a half later because I didn't let them double dip on me! I own a business and I make a fraction of what they make and if I made a mistake in Billing a year and a half later and found out about it I would never go after someone for it. These double dippers, even after I called them and explained turn me into a collection agency what a bunch of greedy grasshoppers. Hold on to your wallet

My first visit with a new dentist after moving to the area and I clearly chose the right one! The exam was great. Candace was able to expertly explain to me every step of the process and made sure to ask if I had any questions. Dr. DuVall is clearly passionate about dentistry and incredibly well practiced. I felt comfortable and was so happy for the team that made me feel incredibly welcome.

The staff is very friendly and they were able to get me an appointment the next day for some emergency dental work and booked me with an oral surgeon the same day and to remove a tooth
